Well Tony, I see that you have the fever just like me. Our black-chinned and broadtail hummers should start arriving here from Mexico by April 1st. Lovely shots.

Well maybe soon! They've been reported all over w. WA, and I saw a beatiful male in Astoria, OR. I am, however, still impatiently waiting for them to visit my feeder in WA. I can't wait for migrants to start arriving!!

I think I saw our first one today, but at a distance it is hard to tell a female Rufous from a female Anna's. It would also be unusual to see a female appear before a male, as the males usually arrive a couple of weeks before the females.
