Btw, I also agree with kidtexas regarding Luka's shot. I've not had anything even remotely similar. It can be considered as a worst case scenario. This said, I don't find any of the RF offerings to be particularly stellar in the bokeh department, even the Leica lenses. Probably the design emphasis is on other aspects considered more important in RF style shooting. However, none of the ZM lenses I own produces ugly bokeh, just it isn't stellar either. The Sonnar 50 and 85 may be the exception, but I have no experience with either lens.
I used the C on M8 for a while and I loved the rendering, sharpness and everyting else about it. But unfortunately it didn't focus to infinity (mechanically), which implied that while focus was correct at MFD, it was off at a few meters and beyond and I had to stop it down a lot for landscape type shots.
I haven't tried the 35/2 but they seem a bit different and I think I would prefer the C if I didn't feel the need for f/2. The C has the most beautiful bokeh of any 35 mm lens I've tried, at f/2.8, while still being very sharp straight from wide open. The overall rendering is very much like the Planar 50/1.4 from f/2.8 and on, which means a tad lower contrast than usual, but with a smoothness and "pop" combined in a way that I usually associate with medium format.
