And I've said it before in more than one thread, but I can't agree more with Spencer: this is a tremendously valuable experience that will help nearly any small-business-owner-photographer understand how to distinguish himself from the ocean of seemingly identical photographers.
Spencer, did you guys play the stick-a-fork-in-your-eye-every-time-someone-says-"passion" game?
I would say that I agree with everything Spencer said. Todd and Jaime have such an unbelievable amount of knowledge crammed in their heads. And they are able to articulate it in a way that simply makes sense. I'm in one of the largest markets for both facets of my business and I believe I walked away with something that will make me extremely unique. I've never been so inspired to "work" before in my life. Already the game is changing for me and I've been home for 3 days. I can't even imagine where I could be in the next year, but I know I've got a much better shot at being where I wanted to be with what I've come away with. I think it'll be a pretty sexy business once I've implemented the tools I walked away with.
Worth every cent! I also had the chance to meet some really amazing new friends!
I like what I hear, but who is Todd?
Will appreciate if more info on how to view his site or anything else that will give this seemeingly out of touch photographer direction on this will be much appreciated.
Thanks
Carlos
I thought I remembered seeing someone in this thread post the workshop site earlier today, but may have deleted it. Google "A man to fish" and photography, and you'll find his blog, and the Sexy Business link will be on there.
