Wow, some people are apparently dead set on having one for Christmas. Over $3K for a NEX7 body alone? Yelp. I don't think there is too much bragging rights having a NEX7 to justify that price. If I had paid that I would just feel like a sucker when shipments start at "normal" prices after Christmas.

I am not too sure about the NEX7 just yet, but I am not on the short list to get one either. I do look forward to non biased reviews and RF wide angle glass user scrutiny.

I was told by my local Sony store that they should start getting the NEX 7 in around mid January.

My local Sony Store is seeing them trickle in slowly, they got their first last week.
