Broke my stand to boom grip/knuckle.
Looked at the offerings.
Opinions on any specific model?

Outside of the Bogen 123 or 124 did see
any specs on the sizes of tube they would take..

I am thinking this is the plastic one I broke.
Was hoping to find a metal one.

I think that is a metal one. At least the ones I have are all metal, not sure I have seen a plastic one by Manfrotto.

If it was plastic, it wasn't Manfrotto, Avenger or Matthews. It was junk. No wonder it broke.

Matthews has something called a 2.5" Hollywood head that should work. It is metal and I've used it to hold a flash head on the end of an extension arm.
