Anyone know if using a Pro7 head on a 7B generator will cause any problem? I know that the Pro7 head has a 250w modeling bulb and a fan, so when plugging this head into the 7B generator, the modeling light still works but only up to a 100W and the fan would not turn on. Since the 7B generator has only 1200ws max power and 100W modeling light, there's no chance I can blow anything up on the Pro7 head(?).
What about using the 7B head on a Pro7a 2400ws generator? I haven't tried plugging the 7b head into the 7a head but is this even possible?
I have both the 7B and the 7a generator with heads and would like to be able to use them interchangeably.
The Pro 7 head will work perfectly on the 7B, but the 7b head should not be used on 7a. I believe it will fit just fine, but the 7b head is convection cooled and won't last long plugged into 7a pack.
