That's a very small setup so a lot of sling bag options should work for you.
Check out Moment, they usually sell a lot of smaller bags (from their own brand as well as other companies) that don't have the traditional look of a camera bag.
Other companies that sell discreet sling bags -- Sundqvist, Bellroy, Peak Design, Dagne Dover, Away. I don't know of any local Australia companies.
I have a Peak Design sling bag, is it fine yes, is it magical no. I find the material to be a bit stiff, and t's also not the most aesthetically pleasing thing ever, although it's not as obvious a camera bag as something like Lowepro or Tenba (I dislike that style personally).

the smallest that I am eye-ing last time at the shop is the Alpaka Go Sling Nano.
It fits just barely my X-E4 (with 3rd party grip) and Voigtlander 27mm/18mm.
What I am using now either Bellroy Lite Sling (6l i think) or Aer Day Sling 2. Both are spacious enough for my X-E4 and both Voigt 27mm and 18mm (and batteries and wallets of course)

Thanks for your suggestions. The Wotancraft Pilot looks interesting, though it does still look a bit like a camera bag.
The Billingham Stowaway might also work. It is expensive but I guess a Billingham is a lifetime investment. For what it is worth, I have tried the Billingham 72 but confoundingly it has double the thickness of padding compared to every other Billingham I have looked at. The end result being it is not much smaller that the Billingham Hadley Digital but holds about half as much. But great if you want to use it as a football with your camera inside.

I have the Moment with the XT30 & 27 f2. Nice little bag, but the strap isn’t very long - barely long enough for me as a sling, and I”m just 5’9”, and the strap is hard to adjust

The Think Tank Retrospective 4 would be about perfect. I use the 5 for my X100v and XT cameras. They are lighter, have less padding and are surprisingly comfortable to carry.

I picked up a National Geographic Africa Camera Sling Bag. I am able to squeeze in my X-T5 with 35mm F2 attached and a 90mm F2 in the bottom of the case. A smaller body with a 27mm would fit even better.
I do not recommend mirrorless movers from Think Tank. I, in general, like Think Tank. I use their bags for almost 20 years now. But mirrorless mover bags are very shallow, they are just asking to tip over and drop its content to the floor. I bought one, but decided against using it for cameras/lenses.
