Price paid: $300.00

Pros:
Great for wide angle on a 1.6x crop camera on a budget. Very sharp, corner to corner. Excellent build quality. Easy to defish or leave effect.
Cons:
Can be difficult to autofocus in low light conditions.
I no longer use the 18-55mm EF kit lens as a result of this fisheye lens. Very versatile and very sharp. Very close focusing ability. Small and unobtrusive.

Price paid: $500.00
| Rating: 7

Pros:
Good lens to cover this focal range on a budget. Lens is fairly lightweight. Silent focus.
Cons:
f/4 makes it harder to keep faster than 1/focal length shutter speed in any conditions other than bright daylight.

Price paid: $190.00

Pros:
Perfect focal length on a 300D/10D/20D to replace a 50mm lens on a film camera. f/2 is good for low light. Nice sharp pictures. Lens is cheap, small.
Cons:
Noisy to focus compared to USM lenses.

Pros:
Cheap, sharp, good for low light.
Cons:
Feels cheap, focal length on 300D/10D/20D very non-useful to me. Sample focus variation (slight front focus on mine).

Price paid: Not Indicated
| Rating: 10
Pros:
Solid, sturdy, easy to operate, gets down very low or can shoot straight down (3021Pro).
Cons:
Heavy, long, not a compact tripod.
Great sturdy tripod for all but the largest and longest lenses. Paired with a 488RC2 for me, I don't think I could find a better arrangement for <$200.
A bit heavy and long for hiking/traveling though.
