Pros:
most reach for price, sharp close up (on my copy)
Cons:
autofocus is not too quick, not super sharp if further than 20 ft
great 1st lens into wildlife. my copy is pretty sharp when I am close, but when I am at a distance above 20 feet it quickly falls off (even with good atmospheric conditions) If you can only afford this lens I say go for it, but if you can afford the 200-600 sony that will run circles around this lens

Pros:
wide, sharp, cheap
Cons:
manual focus, hard to nail focus.

this is the beginner astro lens for good reason. cheap and a wide aperture, I dont think you can get anything close to this price and this good for wide astro shots. It can be tough to nail focus, but that can be technique more than lens.

Pros:
fairly sharp in the center, nice solid build.
Cons:
edges not sharp and some aspherical aberration
I do really like this lens, I don't use it too often but when you need a wide angle with autofocus this is my go to. If you have a canon I would say the ef-s 10-22 is better and would go with that.
