An excellent light weight lens for anyone not wanting a heavier zoom.. AF is fast and silent.. VR works well.. The lens is sharp at 300mm between f9 and f11... colours are nice and contrasty... Could have been a little faster, but then that would also triple the price...
Combined with a 16-85VR, it completes my kit...
