Cheap. Picked it up for around $100 on ebay. Pretty sharp and contrasty.

I think that this lens is outstanding for the price and works well with the Canon Digital Rebel XT. The Focus is a little noisy but not all that bad. Do not have hunting problems with it at least.
It is sharper than the Canon 50MM lens and the color saturation is very good.
