• Boca Raton Police Services Department, Boca Raton, Florida, Principles of Digital Evidence Collection Techniques, Storage, Security and Authentication, presented to its Chief of Police and its Command, November 2002.
• Presently co-authoring a book with world renowned forensic scientist, Dr. Henry C Lee, entitled “Principles of Forensic Digital Photography” targeted for the law enforcement community; planned date for publication - late 2007.
• Eastern Kentucky University, Richmond, Kentucky, Digital Evidence Collection, Storage, Security and Authentication, techniques, science, and arguments presented to the University’s Deans and Department Heads, including EKU’s Justice and Safety Center officials, August 2003. Formerly under NIJ grant subcontract with EKU for digital imaging systems for the Law Enforcement community.
