Vest/Harness Help!


Hello!

I was hoping that someone would be able to help me identify a manufacturer and a retailer who would carry a vest something like the picture below.

I apologize for my horrible MS Paint skills, I just couldn\'t find any examples online of what I was looking for.

I am looking for something that just slings over top like a harness and is completely open up top, but has a ring of pockets near the bottom.

Hope someone can point me in the right direction!
