Donald, Thanks for the critique. The background is a little too bright but I\'d have to disagree on the viewer staying there longer than in the foreground. Sharpness, contrast, and saturation is mainly what holds a viewers interest. I have placed the lupines close enough for the viewer touch, grab or smell them and have selectively used the \"Depth of Field\" near to far drop off to work in my advantage. That would make the lupines the main subject almost instantly.
