I have been hearing this same stuff from SmugMug for the 3 years I have been with them. They have the BEST customer service, and the WORST hardware of all the companies I watch. Lot\'s of promises in those three years, not a lot of them kept. Always the same story, \"We are working on it\" They go down every Sunday when all the sports guys start uploading. I think they are trying more for the amateur stuff and the Iphone uploads than the professional.
