I had a similar experience this week. I had a photo book of our dogs made for my wife. For some reason Adorama cropped the second half of the pictures....which cut off half of everything from page 15 on. After my complaint, tyhey wanted a picture to \"see what was wrong.\"
I\'m generally pretty laid back, but this was an anniversary gift...and now I look like I \"forgot\", when I actually paid for garbage in advance.
