I don\'t know of any simple way to accomplish what you wish. As far as I know, the blown highlights on her hair and shoulders mean you must create a mask to separate her from the sky, mask the foreground, and then add a gradient color fill layer. Perhaps someone else know an easier way, but I don\'t. Trying to compose a step-by-step how to would be a significant chore. I include a copy of your image with a radical curves adjustment layer to show the blown highlight separation problem. (You presume you could use it to plot a mask outline.)
