Looks like I won from a scratch it in a photo magazine, is this a scam???
Out of the four scratch it on the cards, I won two of them! I am just wondering if this is a scam I was wondering if anyone was familiar with this scratch it and fill me in on the info. Any info is appreciated. Thanks in advance! Here is the picture of the scratch it card:
