I bought a Zenitar 16mm fisheye to do a full stadium shot in a couple of weeks. I really didn\'t want to spend $600 on a fisheye. I just got it a few days ago and I wanted to check to see how far I would have to stop it down to get a fairly sharp shot. I thought that I would try it out on one of my favorite models. She seemed happy enough to let me take a few shots. I was pretty amazed at the sharpness of this lens and the colors are pretty nice too. It\'s about a $150 lens and it is manual focus. These are at f11 but it seems to be pretty sharp even wide open. These are not defished she is pretty close to horizontal so it is not real fishy but believe me it can be plenty fishy on FX.
D700 16mm 1/60\" f11 - oh yeah ISO-1600 - a bit of fill flash with the built on flash
