Top vote (3p) + reason: bmile-vt - Great moment in time shot. Love the B&W processing, reflection of light on the wet street, and the razzle dazzle of the specular highlights.
Runner-up vote (2p): ruthenium - Also a great timing shot. Love the color juxtaposition of the storm with the warm calm pool in the foreground.
Last vote (1p): pbraymond - Like the B&W, nice composition and the interesting background melting away.
