It is clear the primary applications of a GS - high speed especially - are industrial and security, manufacturing; inventory apps, eg reading bar cades; weapon guidance etc, and no least in medical imaging (eg imaging processes and cells etc in real time). So Nikon must be prioritizing this arena with its real time microscopy in Precision and Health Care Divisions, which have interfaced closely with ILCs of Nikon's F and Z systems
