I would expect that the A7CII would have at least the improved autofocus and ergonomics--grip, form, front control wheel--that the a6700 has. I would think the mpix will move up to the range of the A7iV--so 32-34 mpix. The frame rate will remain slow. The readout speed will remain slow. There should be enhancements to the DR and the IBIS as well as to low light sensitivity. AI will feature prominently in the cameras capabilities and improvements. It will be less of a stills/video hybrid than the a6700, more stills centric. A better LCD and EVF.

I think it will be a very desirable camera but still won't address the need for a stacked sensor in a small body. The Fuji X-H2S is only smaller bodied stack sensor camera out there now. It is aps-c, but it definitely has appeal to me.
