The noise in the image will be there with any camera, and you can find a lot of controlled test reports online comparing the noise levels among the flagship cameras under various settings, and while Sony A1 may not be the best camera on that metric, it is quite competitive. That being said, with such huge crops, the noise will become a lot more apparent and that again will be true and comparable among all flagship cameras.
