a7rIII is still a charm

They improved a7rIII over R2 in so many ways. It was a huge jump in usability. Later models, not so much.

If Sony releases an a7rII or a7rIII in a7rV body but at 42mp, i will upgrade my a7rIII.

a7rIII is still a charm

It has better resolution than a7rIV and V. Not more, but better. High resolution but avoids noise at higher ISOs. Fast AF and Eye AF. Not faster but fast. Most other important features are common. Some extra features are frills. LCD monitor is a matter of preference, i am sure landscape shooters will prefer a7rIII’s monitor. EVF is nicer in later models but a7rIII EVF is great.

None of these bodies are suitable for fast action work. For so many reasons which are known. They can but not made for that kind of thing.
