My wife only carries small purses and during our long and enduring marriage she has never found any items that could me worn on the shoulder further than walking from the valet to the restaurant.
Inventing such an item would get you a patent and pocketbook designers would pay you royalty.

I use the Custom SLR Glide One Strap with Black C-Loop or Canon CPS neck straps.
