I switched from 80 mp MF to Fx when we hit 36 mp. At that time the real-world difference was so minimal clients couldn’t see the difference, and in many cases liked something in the Fx image more than the “technically superior” MF captures. For me it was lighter, less expensive, had a lot more flexibility and was significantly easier to use, so it was a no-brainer move for me.
