 Hummingbird Addiction 1 | |
In April 2022, photographing flowers with an A6000/70-350mm, I spotted a hummingbird and took my first ever hummingbird shots. Beginner luck, a few came out sharp (the first 3 image). Needless to say I was instantly hooked. If I misidentify the hummingbirds, please correct me! Thank you!
One of my first hummingbird shots was this tiny female Anna's, grabbing a Grevillea - Moonlight (Spider Flower - white) with one foot while drinking the nectar. She was too cute!
Later, I photographed a female Allen's at some Melianthus flowers.
