 An unusual maneuver | |
I caught this Barn Swallow snatching a flying insect out of the air as it flew or glided on its back. There's water and marsh just below the bird. Barn Swallows and other swallows often feed above water. I know this isn't a bird forum, but have any of you ever seen this? I never have, and I've been a birdwatcher for years. 5/19, Cumberland County, PA.
