1) insure every shipment. If it arrives back to you broken, file an insurance claim as damaged in shipment.
2) as a seller, be prepared to take back and refund anything not sold “as-is”
3) never pre-spend your money before ensuring your buyer is happy with the transaction
4) never, EVER use friends and family payment for goods. You have zero recourse if a buyer attempts to scam you.
