Got up early and got myself to Esquimalt Lagoon with kayak for sunrise. Unfortunately it was cloudier than forecast, so terrible light, and not a lot of birds around. Using a 7DII (on 100-400 II), so couldn't bump the ISO too high; this is what I managed to pull out of the less than favorable shooting conditions:
