Relative sharpness levels between lenses at this level are all in the "more than good enough for years to come" category for me.

I might be concerned if there was a huge falloff in sharpness to the corners wide-open but even then, that may just inform my usage.

i also haven't seen nor heard anyone discuss any major flaws with color fringing, etc w/ the Sigma - it's quite impressive all around. and with a BlackRapid strap, it wasn't awful to walk around with (yet).
