I purchased the Loxia 35mm a couple weeks back and returned it. I don\'t think I\'ve ever been so conflicted over a lens. The gorgeous color and contrast are so wonderfully Zeiss, and the in-field shooting experience with the Loxia is sublime. But the f/2 performance was just too weak (for me) and just couldn\'t bring myself to keep it at that price. Still, I would love revisit the lens one day.
