The Splendor of a Sunrise

I got up 4 mornings out of 7 that I was in Kauai to sit & watch, hopefully to catch, a glorious sunrise.
They seem to come in three basic flavors although I\'m sure there\'s more.
All drama, not much color to lots of color AND drama

Other than some nice orange/reds, the most compelling one was this scene with colors limited to what you might see looking into a furnace.
As I waited for the sun to clear the cloud decks,
I took several shots as I wanted to get the disk of the sun w/o totally blown.
This one is almost 20min after sunrise.
Believe it or not, there\'s very little with RGB at the max.

I think it\'s the rays that give this interest & character.
Some people call these \"god fingers\"
I did a search & found this old testament verse

\"His splendor was like the sunrise; rays flashed from his hand, where his power was hidden\".Habakkuk 3:4

Taken with Sony A7R, @ 105mm, ISO 200, f16, 1/400

Comment & critique always appreciated

Thanks for looking
