With all the recommendations for Laptops to buy, I have one for \"Not to buy\". A few months ago I got a HP Envy Dv7. It actually smokes in PS even with 20 and 30 layer posters I do occasionally. It has 16 g of Ram 500 mb SSD HD and another HD for photo storage. It runs everything I do great in both Photoshop and LR. But, now the downside. Graphics card is wonky and will screen will black out when it\'s unplugged occasionally, the hinges are broken badly and I am just trying to find a lull in working on it to return it for warranty work. Also, one of the USBs broke off inside. Just for the record, I have never had this much damage to a laptop. I used my old Dell Studio for literally years without tearing anything up. I am not rough on things and they usually look brand new the entire time I have them. This laptop is proving to be very fragile and won\'t take daily use. As great as it runs I\'m really wishing I had bought something else.
