Part 4 - Days of OUR Songbirds - Variety! (7)

The Saga of The Quest for the Seeds.

Hi PhotoFriends,

So the House Finch and House Sparrows couldn’t find the seeds. Will their little feathered friends find them? Lets find out with “Days of OUR Songbirds” as the saga continues!!! The quest for the seeds!!

Pic 1…

Mr. Goldfinch shows up…

“Sorry guys, no seeds, but I did find that Mrs. Gardener has these really great bits of stuffing lying around I use in my nest. You should try some.”

Pic 2…

Mr. Cardinal ponders …

“Hmm … suspicious. I think that little Goldfinch has the seeds in his nest. Who builds nests in the middle of the summer? We need to check this out.”

Pic 3…

Desperate House CarolinaWren Episode.. (at the request of Plinian/Greg)!

Carolina Wren has another idea…

“No, the Goldfinch is cool. I think you better check out the kids. You know the baby Titmouse. They have been acting very sneaky.

When I am sitting in my birdhouse on “Wisteria Lane”, I see the Baby Titmouse pecking at the artificial flowers in my neighbors yard. Hmmmmmm…..

Pix 4..

The Young and The Restless Episode.. (at the request of SurfnRon)!

Baby Titmouse

(The baby titmouse makes a racket. He or she is constantly asking to be fed).

She looks over to The Wren on Wisteria Lane and waves No No!! It is not me. I am just trying to find seeds but there is nothing in Mrs. Gardner’s Cocosmia plant! Hey maybe it’s my Little Brother.

Pix 5..

The Young and The Restless Episode…

Baby Titmouse

“Gosh, Can’t believe my Little Sister would think I was hiding the seeds. Nope it’s not me.”

Pix 6..

So the Cardinal shows up again!

“No seeds yet?”

Pix 7..

Cardinal

“This is getting irritating”

Who is dying for a nice cold drink with ice? Come on inside and relax for a little bit!

It’s has been a pleasure seeing you all participating at my Quest For Seeds Saga until we get this mystery solved!!

Hope you enjoyed my garden tour and photos today.
Looking forward to seeing you again in a couple of days!

The quest will continue – Next time, I think we zero in on the rascal who took the seeds.
