Angkor (Siem Reap), Cambodia


I recently had the honour of visiting the temples of Angkor, near Siem Reap, Cambodia. It was an amazing experience and as a photographer, there are limitless photo opportunities.

The temples built by the former Khmer Empire are unlike anything you could imagine. The people are warm, friendly and very photogenic. Plus there are many other opportunities at their markets, etc.

Here are five images (which I believe is the limit in these posts) of the hundreds I took in Cambodia. If you are ever interested (and want to see more photos) in visiting this great place, I wrote a small article on how photographers can prepare for a trip to this amazing part of the world:
