It\'s not about what the camera can do, it\'s about what the camera should have, ...
Oh no, and here I thought one bought a camera for what it could do.
Gimme a break mate. Any modern cameras can do pretty much the same thing. And I\'m not one of those fellas who bitch about banding after pushing the exposure way beyond the limit. I\'m simply talking about what you get for your money.
I\'ve never really criticise Canon before this, usually I could see the strength of their offering when compared to the competition, eg. 5D2 - high MP compared to D700. But I just can\'t see it with the 6D. The competition really does offer more for the same money and I simply call it as I see it.
Besides, I\'m not all that whiny to be honest. I don\'t care about the max 1/4000s or the 1/180s sync speed. I can use ND filter to manipulate the shutter speed. I don\'t care about the single SD card slot. I don\'t care about what joystick was removed. BUT... I do think some features are unnecessarily crippled by Canon.
You look at the 6D feature like a SINGLE AXIS electronic level and you don\'t think Canon\'s being an ass? You tell me what the point is to thrown in a level with only a single axis. Take it away and exchange it for a 100% VF coverage or a pop up flash.
