Baby Artichokes braised in Sauvignon blanc, with Spanish Chorizo and Salami...served this with a bed of baby spicy greens with goat cheese and roasted yellow beats, drizzled with a Fuji Apple dressing.... and a loaf of whole wheat bread with roasted garlic spread. I hope this shows enough to convey just how good this meal was. It was a pleasure to cook!
