Good idea, I like the lighting on this a lot. Sadly, my ring looks just as worn but it's only a couple years old I'm wondering if mine will last.

Thanks for your comments. This was shot using northern window daylight though a high tech diffuser (bamboo blinds), with a silver reflector on the other side to balance out the shadows.

Hope your ring lasts as long as mine has so far.
