The body shapes and pattern continuation of geometrics are interesting. However this does not come across as "dance"

This comes across as the typical lighting problem to me.

The legs (being nearer to the light source) reflect more light and become the prominent feature in the frame, due to their brightness and increased size. What you likely wanted was to feature the two dancers.

So how to fix/avoid? Recognize what the light will do for you/to you and change shooting angles where possible. Crop out parts of the overly bright areas.

ok….this is good….I totally understand ALL of what you guys are saying. Its always an experiment to me…trying stuff out, learning.

So seriously….thanks for the critique - its all good and I just learned some stuff.
