Howdy all, a really strong week this week with some fantastic photos but I decided to enter anyway as it is one of those topics that sets the imagination going.
The following is my Japanese Iaito (blunt training Katana) that arrived a few hours ago, much to my delight as I have been tracking its journey from Osaka the last week. Alas it arrived while the sun was fading and as such I didn't have much time to get quite what I wanted but here goes...

Thanks although if I had a Tatami mat I would probably have used it for cutting by now ....

Thanks, I have a chinese production Katana (Hanwei Tori Elite) but the Koshirae on the Iaito are so much nicer.
