went out for a quick macro shoot before the season is completely over here in Central Florida, found a FEW willing subjects still around,, gettin PRETTY slow out there though, all shot using a Canon 40D, Sigma 105mm macro lens, Canon 430ex off camera mounted on a Novoflex flash bracket, flash diffused with a Lumiquest softbox, all shot in RAW format in manual mode and handheld, your comments are greatly appreciated

The contrast and background on all of these are excellent. The green background is very well composed.
