The structure really has a masculine flavor.

(not sure but is this the Washington Monument?)

Agree with you and yes, it is the Washington Monument...at sunset from the west of the Tibal Basin looking north-east.

Thanks guys. The light does change during the day making it appear differently...had a pola on for this version and took a while for the ripples in the water to even out.
