For sale is a Nikon 300mm f/4 ED. This is the older non AF-S version. The lens is in excellent condition. Lens includes everything that it originally came with (box, case, etc). I'm having the same experience. I offered to pay the $420 asking price on the 22nd, waited several days for a replay, and got "sorry about the delayed response but the seller I'm selling this for wants more money for the lens since it's pristine so I'm raising the price to 500 shipped." Now I've agreed to that, and still no response. I don't know if it's turned into a bidding war between me and SitAndWatch, but i'd like to get to a resolution.
