Fellows, here is a Kongrinpoche NB2-A heavy duty tripod ball head for sale. This is a reputable Chinese brand, providing similar quality as Benro tripod (but much better than Benro ball head). I am selling it because I sold my heavy duty equipments.
The NB2-A is a heavy duty model. It is of elliptical ball design, and provide comparable stability as Acra Swiss P1 (confidently speaking more stable than RRS BH55). The workmanship is in the level of Kirk ball head. It takes all Acra Swiss type quick release plate. The brand is not yet broadly available in the US in that they have some patent issue being resolved with Acra Swiss.
Condition of the ball head: There are three dings at the bottom (shown in one of the pictures) because of the mounting screws on the tripod. Every used ball head will have this since every tripod has these anti-sliding screws. Everything else, are likely new. No sand / dust / oil in the ball head given it is mostly used in door. Comes with box, pouch, and a Chinese manual (very similar usage as ball head on the market). It takes 3/8" screws.
