Nice B&W. I think we've all faced this at some point in our lives. Funny thing is that some people don't realise that the floors do not move and sorta hang around for a while, causing a 10 car pile-up at the base of the escalator.

Perfectly escalatory! Great tones! I always thought these things were fun, but way too slow

Love your perspective and the shadowy ghost like (victims of the man eating escalator) at the bottom

Thanks for all the friendly comments! Seeing every one of these great submissions every week for the WA has kicked my butt and made me think more about what I'm shooting and why. It was fun to do this one, even though the security guards kicked me out not long after I started shooting

(this was taken inside the new Time Warner towers here in NYC). I guess there's nothing more fearsome than a guy with a mighty camera (300D with battery grip!).
