Hello Buyers,
I want to apologize to everyone who is still waiting on your packages. I just got off the phone with UPS. They told me that the packages I shipped Friday were not moved until Monday. They said that those packages needed to be there before noon to start delivery. Had I known this I would never used them for shipping. If you look at my history, I pride myself with getting the package to the shipper the same day and getting your items delivered quickly. I mailed several packages with US Mail that have already been delivered. This is something new with UPS, and I must say I will not be using them again unless necessary.
Let me just say how sorry I am if you have not received your package.

I think you don't really need to apologise. Although it does not affect me and I cannot speak for everyone else as I used USPS, I found Kevin one of the nicest guys I have ever dealt with. Thanks so much for all your prompt responses and great prices.
