My new deep space astrophotography setup.
I was looking for a little wider field scope as many of the larger Deep Space Objects (DSO) are a wee bit large. My other scope is 420mm and with the micro 4/3 sensor size in the camera it's reaches out pretty good and was not able to capture some of the DSO's I wanted to.
The camera is a ZWO ASI533MC Pro one shot color that is electronically cooled below ambient temp. to help remove noise due to long exposures. Most exposures I take are from 3 - 5 min. and taking 50-150 shots a night.
Since the setup is new I need to get the back focus figured out. Once I have that I will begin imaging the night sky again.
