Really like how the Daisies are contrasting so nicely with that dark black background very cool

Carolyn, you have captured great detail in the Daisy. I agree that the one bud might improve the image if it were removed and I may try to remove the one on the right as well, just the one in the lower corner. Overall well composed and shot. Barbara

Lovely pic. Somehow it reminds me of the sun. Bright radiating rays. A slightly wider PoV to make for a bit more breathing space at the top would improve it though.

Thanks so much for the comments (was away from the computer), such good ones. I was kind of aiming for a "floral explosion" of sorts ... but I can see where the out of focus bud might not work too.

It was funny, I was watching my niece (who is a toddler) and trying to shoot the flowers at their house and it was rather difficult composing and chasing the baby! I got some cute photos of her though ... life!
