That one should hold pretty well.

The ropes are tied together w/ aluminum hardware, and then the all thing is buried/bolted into the ground (soft one, made of rubber).

For the technically inclined, it was taken with a Zeiss 35/1.4 at f/2.

I like your idea and like Yaki, I like the colors. The dof is interesting yet I am having trouble discovering what the ties connect, particularly since the tie seems to be buried.

Thanks for the comments Yakim & Zcaley. I shot it because of colors, texture and unusual connection to the ground. The other end wasn't bringing much (grey pole).

The ropes connect to a tall pole (you can see its shadow) and make a large web for kids to play with. This is a playground, hence the rubbery ground. They love it, up to high school.

Oh. I get it now. The colors and texture are very unique.

It cracks me up that they do 'impact studies' on kids meeting dirt, and then make rubbery stuff for their playgrounds.
